* Booking instructions:

1) The registered representatives can arrange accommodation by themselves, they can also book the hotel on the official website of the conference before April 5 (inclusive) and pay the full room rate. The conference will not accept the hotel reservation after this date. Individual representatives who need to book a room should register on the conference website and pay the registration fee before they can enter the hotel reservation page for online booking. For team reservation,  please contact the conference organizing committee by email.

 

2) According to the hotel's guarantee on the number of nights in the room, the conference delegates shall stay in the hotel for at least two consecutive nights from April 12 to April 13. Please check the rest of the room information on the conference website before booking. Do not choose a hotel that is fully booked.

 

3) Deadline for hotel reservation and remittance: April 5, 2019 (inclusive). After receiving the full room rate, the conference secretariat will arrange the room according to the order of receiving the room rate and notify the representative by email. The number of rooms is limited. We will not accept booking after April 5 or at the conference. Please make a reservation in advance.

 

4) For any kind of remittance, please be sure to fill in the postscript, indicating: name of the meeting + name of the representative + name of the hotel, so as not to be unable to confirm. For example: International Forum for Vision and Ocular Motility + Li Ming + hotel name.

 

The official invoice of accommodation fee is provided by the hotel, which will be issued to the hotel reception desk when the representative checks in the hotel.
